As all Tjantek products are personalised and produced specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or colour selection, or personal preference.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once payment is confirmed, production begins immediately due to the custom nature of each item. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify orders after checkout.
