Are Tjantek graphic tees unisex?
Yes. Our graphic tees are designed with a regular unisex fit suitable for everyday wear and easy styling across a range of body types.
Why are Tjantek products made to order?
We produce items after an order is placed rather than holding large amounts of inventory. This approach helps reduce overproduction, minimise unnecessary waste, and avoid excess inventory that may never be used. By producing only what is needed, we can focus on thoughtful design, quality production, and a more intentional approach to apparel.
What happens when I place an order?
All Tjantek items are custom-made and printed on demand, so they’re subject to availability. In very rare cases, such as a pricing mistake, payment problem, or suspected fraud, we may need to cancel or adjust an order. If this happens, we’ll contact you right away and issue a full refund promptly.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once payment is confirmed, production begins immediately due to the custom nature of each item. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify orders after checkout.
We recommend double-checking all details (size, colour, design) before finalising your purchase.
Can I return or exchange an item?
As all Tjantek products are personalised and produced specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or colour selection, or personal preference.
This is standard practice for custom, made-to-order apparel and helps us keep pricing fair and sustainable. We kindly ask you to carefully review your size, colour, and design choices before completing your purchase.
