We currently ship to Australia and the United States. Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based. The rate shown and accepted at checkout is binding for your order.

Typical delivery times after production are between 2-15 days. Delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or public holidays. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Orders
If your package is lost, damaged, or does not arrive, please contact us at contact@tjantek.store within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and tracking information. Reporting within this window gives us the best chance of resolving your case quickly with our fulfillment partner. Their investigation window is time-limited, and earlier reporting leads to faster outcomes. Please note: where carrier tracking confirms that your order has been delivered, resolution is subject to investigation with the carrier and may not result in a reprint or refund if delivery is verified. We'll always do our best to assist and will escalate where we can.
